Privacy Policy

N2N Logistics Co., Ltd. (the "Company") establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea) to protect data subjects' personal information and promptly address related concerns.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing)
- Rep account management and authentication
- Fulfillment of brand partner contracts (e.g., intelligence reports)
- Service improvement via usage analytics (de-identified aggregate data)
- Handling inquiries and complaints
Article 2 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)
- Rep accounts: Email, name, phone number, visit check-in location (optional)
- Brand partners: Representative name, email, phone, business registration number
- General visitors: Access logs, cookies, IP address, device information
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)
- Rep account info: Until withdrawal, or longer if required by law
- Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act, Art. 15-2)
- Payment/contract records: 5 years (E-commerce Act, Art. 6)
Article 4 (Third-Party Provision)
The Company processes personal information only within the purposes set forth in Article 1, and provides it to third parties only when the data subject consents or special provisions of law apply, pursuant to Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN and DNS services (USA)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — Server hosting (Japan region)
- Google LLC — Email and workspace (Google Workspace)
- Anthropic, PBC — OCR and document processing API (Claude API, with de-identification)
Article 6 (Rights of Data Subjects)
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests should be sent to [email protected] and will be handled without delay.
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
Once the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, personal information will be destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted by irrecoverable methods; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

The Service uses cookies for session management, language preferences, etc. Users may disable cookies via browser settings, though this may limit certain features.
Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)
Changes to this Policy will be announced via the Service. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
This Policy is a launch-time draft. A legally reviewed final version will be published at commercial rollout.
